Bad Service at Game Clearwate

I am horrified at the service I have been getting. I phoned yesterday 03.02.2014 to find out if they have the DSTV Decoder that is on special as to which they said they have many in stock. I then went to the store an hour later and no one helped me after asking for help. I then went to the manager Jozi at the front desk in which he told me that the 59 in stock has been by their employees, He then told me he would get a couple this morning from West Gate Mall as they have in stock and then would phone me to inform me that it is at Clearwater Mall. However I have not received any calls and when I phone, the information desk either puts down or transfers me to the wrong people when I ask specifically to speak to the store manager. Firstly, when I phoned yesterday, they should of told me they had none in stock as it has wasted my time and petrol coming all the way to buy the product only to find they have none. Secondly, it is now after 15:00 04.02.2014 and I am still waiting for a response with regards to whether or not they have received it at the branch. Thirdly, the special ends today, do I lose out on it now due to poor response, lack of communication and assistance?
