I applied for a voucher from the NYDA and it was approved, I was then given 3 service providers to choose from. I've come to realise that I made the wrong choice by choosing Nepagalo Graphics/Clinet Media. Firstly I inquired through their website's contact form & waited for them to call back which took very long. I was then contacted by Eugene from Nepagalo Graphics who then reffered me to Bheki Ngcobo. We met with Bheki and I told him what I need him to do for me and it seemed like everything was going to be smooth sailing, I've since found out that I was wrong. Bheki has not lived up to his promises, I've been battling to ge hold of him, sent him SMSs & emails but never got back to me. I contacted Eugene to complain that the service I was getting from Bheki was unsatisfoctory, then to my suprise Bheki suddenly sent an email telling me that he lost his phone. I then asked him if it wasn't proper for him to contact me and let me know that his number has changed, he then offered a apology. The bottom line is that Bheki didn't live up to his promises and I've had to send many sms's & emails which some of them are still unanswered. Deeply disappointed!!!
