I recently upgraded my contract to the blackberry 9320, which I was loathe to do after many problems with blackberry's in the past. But it was the only affordable contract. The phone was an out of box failure. So instead of me being able to rather just re-upgrade my contract AFTER 1 DAY I had to return this phone to be "assessed" and then have to be stuck with the same bad quality blackberry for the NEXT 2 YEARS!!! When this contract is up I'm switching to MTN. I STILL don't have my phone back and no-one gets in touch with me from any centre any where to tell me when my phone is ready. Upgraded 3 weeks ago. So disgusted.
