Ridiculous stupid high bill!!!

Check my bank account to day and low and behold, vodacom has debited R2985.98 for apparently data usage that magically occurred on my MYMEG500 sim card...

Here is the absolute beauty, I have had a soft lock of R50 on that account for 18months!!! I use uncapped ADSL at home, so basically their capping system failed and it becomes my financial issue.

You phone the call center, oh guess what? They can't actually help you with anything, I spoke to Thembisa and Curtis in the data centre, and neither could help except escalate this which is going to take a 24 hour turn around!!!

This is disgusting service!!! And I will be cancelling both my contract with vodacom!!!
