Signed a new contract with Autopage in hillcrest. The deal included an mp3 player, which took almost 8 weeks to arrive. Secondly when I received the sim and phone, they took three weeks to activate the sim/sim swap and all I got was the branch blaming central office, and central office not knowing what was going on. Then they have the cheek to bill me for those 3 weeks I didn't have service, once I phoned to query this, I received a sms to say that a credit note had been passed, but today my account was debited with the full amount. Utterly incompetent.
