I purchased a Nokia Lumia 510 from Total Sports. Very happy with the service but, I was mislead into purchasing insurance through them.
Phone was out of my house. Reported it to Margate Police Station. waited for the case number for 24hours, and I was asked to wait to claim from my insurance in case they find the suspect and phone. I waited long enough for them to do something about it. Got my affidavit for the phone and went straight to Foschini to claim. I was told that the insurance wont cover me as I did not submit the claim within 24hours.
I KNOW for a FACT one gets 30 days to claim from ones insurance provider! But once again we were mislead by your so called TRAINED staff. How many people and account holders are you misleading like this? Make us pay for something that wont cover us??? you are money from us!!! I feel like i was robbed at gunpoint by TFG instead of the that my phone.
As soon as my account is paid off, i will close off the account and never ever recommend TFG group to any one who asks me about it. I am very disappointed and feel violated.
I hope you will do something about this.
