At all Vodacom stores you must have your cell number to top up.
In rural regions there is only 3G internet (at best).
We have sim cards internal to our netbooks etc. used only for data (so do not need to know the number for anything). We do not know the cell numbers.
We would like to buy data bundles for these sim cards WITHOUT providing the number, at Vodacom stores.
Please can you make this happen?
