I am still waiting for Felecia Mukeri to contact me about the cancellation of my contract. I have requested a copy thereof. Also requested for someone to contact me regarding the hone I still have. No one has collected it or phoned me to arrange for it to be collected. As per the consumer act on the Advice guide it states the following: If the trader doesnt contact you to make arrangements within 21 days, your duty to take care of the goods ends and you can dispose of them. I think this phone is now mine after sitting with it for like 3 months.
