I went to the branch where I made contract to cancel the contract (my contract ends 16 of May). The consultant says to me that they can not cancel and I have to call Customer care centre. And when I tell them to contact them for me, he said he did it and they will call me after 7 days??? (Please explain me why it takes so long just to call me to confirm the cancellation?) So I called the care centre this morning. And The lady said they cannot confirm my Passport No which was very strange and told me she will give me the fax no for cancellation letter to be sent. I asked her to sms me to my 8ta no. She said she did it. I hang up the phone and I am still waiting the sms for 2hours. When I called care centre again, lady called Dumisile answered and asked for this time for the cannot open PDF 8ta statement. She said she email me again while I am on the phone. But I never received it and she said she will send it again and phoned me after 5 minutes to confirm. I am still waiting in the internet cafe for 20 minutes and I don't think this this lady will do that for me because she will think customer cannot do anything for their poor service. Please act before you lose more customer!!!
