My husbands cell got last year around October along with his second spare cell c sim which he keeps with his cell. I called and reported it as lost / . A few days later, I visited the Three Rivers store to do a sim swap for his main line but not the spare. I called to get the main line reactivated and left the spare one stopped. I never took a replacement sim. Call Centre reactivated both lines not just the one. I get debited a whole R800 and something and then realise something is wrong. I called while on a business trip to cape town, but was told that I had authorised both activations. I disputed that as I had no need for both sims at the time. I then confirmed again with the rep to have the card completely blocked, but apparently there is another R700 outstanding for december We could not arrange a suitable time to have the recording heard and I was refused the viewing of the recording over the phone, I was told that i would have to visit a store. I called last week to have the line cancelled as I realised I would not need to replace the sim, and was told that the line was cancelled. I could not upgrade my husbands phone this weekend due to a legal status.
