Statement of my account

On 27/05 I phoned ITCBA to find out how much was due on my account but was told that all MTN account were being handled by MTN directly. I phoned MTN around 8:21am, spoke to an operator who referred me to legal Dept. I spoke to Lerato Mabena and explained my situation. I just wanted to know my balance as I should be paying up shortly. She started counting 3, 6, 9, 12 etc over the phone adding subscription fees and told me my balance must be - 4000? Duh??? I told her I don't understand how and why does she sound like she's counting from her own head and not giving me an mount from your system? I requested her to email me a statement of my account which I am still waiting for a week after I made the call. Can someone pls contact me with the requested information?
