I never thought a day would come in my struggle to get service and joy from altech autopage that I will be given them a compliment, but here I am and it is all because of one person who really went through 100 miles to get me satisfied- I have been pushed from and back trying to get service since last year June and today a year later I'm 100% happy with the service delivery I received from Ashley after all the challenges- today my sim card is working and I'm on the correct package "Top up 135"- even though my phone has still issues with playing ear phones - I can now listen to my music due to the innovation of Ashley-this compliment comes from the debts of my heart- knows how miserable I have been under the hands of Altech- to Ashley I say- " Don't change continue to strive for excellence" I knew that Ashley was serious about costumer retention and satisfaction when he gave me his direct line- your fellow colleagues can learn a thing or two from you- Well-done- Thank you- I hope there will no longer be any issues or surprises from Altech.
