My blackberry just started telling me to insert sim even though my sim was in, and since it was fairly new i decide to take it in to the cell c that i got it from. I got there an i was told that the phone was still under warranty so i they will book it in an it will take a few day which i didn't have a problem with. a few days later am told my phone is back an the results are BER (beyond Repair). so i was told i had to buy my self a new phone as the phone wont work no more, i was shattered and didn't know how this can happen, i decided to take it to a private cellphone repairer where i was charged and arm and a leg to get it fixed which now my blackberry is in good working conditions. The Repair even assured me that the phone wasn't even put back to the way it went in. what kind of services are you providing to us your clients? I think all this was taken to far and something is suppose to be done! what has happened here is totally unfair to me! My account is always paid on time an this is the kind of assistance i get. i am SO disappointed am left with no words. Your quick response will be appreciated.
