CHARGED PENALTY FEE FOR NOT RENEWING CONTRACT

I did not renew my cellphone contract which ended in March 2013 with Nashua Mobile. On 28 May 2013 a termination penalty fee of R4 047.00 was debited from my account. I went to the Midrand Head Office on 14 June to quiry this, I was sent to Centurion Mall Branch where I terminated the contract. Centurion Mall says Owen Shandu at Head Office should reimburse me because he is the one who wrongfully effected the charge. Since June I've been sent up and down between the two offices and my money is not paid back till today.
