Dear Reader
Since MTN responded to my complaint on the 19th May, I have not heard anything with regards to the cancellation of my Data Contract. Neither the branch manager of MTN Bedford Centre nor the area manager has made contact with me since then. In MTN's response they stated that "they do not wish to displease me". However, the lack of effective communication and service is indeed displeasing and unacceptable.
