On several occasions this year when i have been to Kauai in Bedford Centre, i have experienced a bad attitude from the female manager on duty. For example, their store closes at 8 p.m. but she refused to serve me at about 7:45/7:50 p.m. On another occasion, they made a mistake with my order and, when rectifying it, their attitude was completely unfriendly. As a fan of Kauai's food and as a paying customer, it baffles me why i am made to feel like the manager / her staff are doing me a favour by letting me buy smoothies/food from their store?! Shocking service, Kauai Bedford Centre!! This needs to be sorted out urgently!!
