Ignoring instrutions and my credit rait

I have been retrenched and are currently receiving UIF. My UIF payment is not in my bank account on the last working day of the month and I have phoned all my accounts to arrange with them to take the debit orders only on the 7th due to this problem and all of them was very helpful accept for Cell C. They told me that the soonest date that they have available is the 15th and that the end of May' payment will still go of on the 31st. I told them that they must please not sent that debit order through as there will not be funds available yet, even if they can take a double payment on the 15th will be fine but they need to come back to me so that I know how to do my budgett. Nobody has contacted me back from CelL C and they have done exactly what I have told them not to do, as a result I am penelize from the back and my credit scoring is down the drain all thanks to Cell C. I want my account credited with the amount that I was penelise from the bank and I don't care how they do it but they will fix my credit score at the bank and they must not even think of sespending my line as that is the number on which I am contacted to go for interviews. I want this to be sorted out imm.!!!
