I went to Cell C Kolonnade on 1/6/2013 to find out more about 3g data packages. It was very busy and the queue was very long. There was an older couple in the queue as well. One of the salesmen came and offered them chairs to sit on, which was something you do not often see. Then when it was my turn to be served, I ended uo being helped by the same gentleman. I found out that his name was Johann.
He was very helpful, friendly depsite the fact that his computer did not work properly, and the cell c system did not want to register the contract.
He promised to keep me up to date, which he did. He made arrangements to sign the contract as soon as the system was up and running. He even came and delivered my data stick at my house, so that I did not have to go in to the branch again. He tested it before giving it to me, as well.
I would refer anybody to him. He handled the crisis very well. The fact that there were problems with the system, was easily forgotton because of the way he handled the situation. He was a real example to anybody in customer service. And if that is the standard that is set, I will gladly be associated with Cell C. Well done, Johann.
