I upgraded my cellphone contract on 22 May and was told that I should receive delivery of my new phone within 3 to 5 days. It's now been 7 days and I've not received a thing. They are using an incompetent courier company who's drivers have returned my package to MTN 3 times because he couldn't find my building; or, I was not answering my phone; and my favorite: they had the wrong cell phone number to reach me on!!! When I call the courier company, they tell me they will now deliver on Monday - and all MTN could say was oh, I'm sorry about that. I've been loyal to MTN for over 10 years but I'm now on the verge of going somewhere else. They even have better coverage throughout Africa where I often have to travel.
