I HAVE SINCE LODGED A COMPLAINT WITH FNB AND I WAS GIVEN A REFERENCE NO 257271 AND A TELEPHONE NO TO CALL 0875759408. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE SINCE I LODGED THIS COMPLAIN. EVERYTIME I M TOLD THE MATTER HAS BEEN ESCALATED AND THERE IS AMANDA DEALING WITH MATTER. I HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED TO KNOW HOW FAR IS THE MATTER.
THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING FOR YOUR BANK TO BE GIVING YOU THAT KIND OF SERVICE.
MY DAUGHTER IS GOING TO SENT HOME BECAUSE OF NON PAYMENT WHILST MY BANK CANNOT HELP ME TO RECALL FUNDS DEPOSITED IN A WRONG ACCOUNT. THIS HAS SINCE HAPPEND ON THE 2/02/2013 SO ITS ALMOST A MONTH NOW.
