Original complaint lodged 17 August 2013 at MTN Canal Walk (Century City). Posted a complaint on Hello Peter on 27 August, was subsequently contacted by Verana/Rehana of the Complaints mangement team. Called her on 5 September she promised to sort my complaint out by Friday, 6 September and give feedack. No feedback was given. Complaint is still unresolved after 3 weeks. It is the worst customer service that I have ever expierenced in my life. It is shamefull that a large organisation like MTN treat their loyal customers (for 13 years) in this way, they should be ashamed and have only themselves to blame if they lose customers..
