Out of stock not explained before contract

After leaving cellc for a different service provider I thought when I needed a new data contract I would give this company a chance to see if they have improved since the last time I was a client. After hearing and reading positive feedback from existing cellc customers I went to the Walmer Park branch on the 27th to take out a new 2 gig smartdata contract that includes the data stick device. I was helped by Khaya who gave me good service, but for one important detail that he conveniently left out before starting the contract. He forgot to mention on my first inquiry to convey to me that cellc had no stock of this product. If he would have explained this to me I would have gone to either Mtn or Vodacom that is opposite of the cellc shop. After he completed the contract Khaya only then explained to me that there is no stock of the product and that they should receive the stock within the week. I phoned today the 30th only to be told by Khaya that they still have not received any stock and he could not give me an ETA when they would receive any. I find this unacceptable as I felt that I should have been informed before applying of this fact and I am still awaiting ETA of product.
