Im paying for the phone that is malfunctioning

Nokia lumia 710 is giving me problems and no one at MTN who's willing to help. I signed a cotract last year June and im paying every month for a phone that is malfunctioning, i have been reading a lot of complains on the net, Nokia lumia 710 is faulty its factory fault, thats y you won't find that phone in stores now. I phoned mtn several times to complain because this phone shut itself down and restart itself, some times it does that while im in the middle of a call, very important call, nd i was told that my phone needs software update, software update was done and the phone is still doing the same thing. I phoned mtn again to complain, now they are saying i must send my phone to the nearest mtn, they will investigate. Its a factory fault and there is nothing that mtn technicians can do. Im paying every month and im still going to pay for another 13months for a phone that is not working properly, that is not ayoba.
