On saturday I went into the Autopage cellular in Melrose Arch. I enquried about a possible upgrade to another contract and was supplied with specific information.
When I called in today (Monday, 2 days later), I was greeted by a lady who not only knew nothing about phones or contracts, but when I asked about specific information she told me the systems were down and couldnt help.
When i eventually got through to the individual whom I spoke with on Saturday (which took a while as they were "understaffed and nobody could attend to the call) he proceeded to quote me on completely different information to that which i was given on saturday.
This level of service is completely unacceptable!! You do not employ people who:
1) Do not know anything about phones and cant help you unless they reading from a screen
2) When i am quoted on something on one day, I expect the exact same information to be given to me when i am about to upgrade my contract with you
I am still waiting for the gentleman to call me back as he said he would
