With reference to the lodged claim of 29/05/2013 for the relevant number. I had a call from your Claims Department this morning and truly I must say "Shock Horror", I have never been treated like this in my life!
The consultant first of all made me out to be a criminal and insinuated that why would anyone have two phones?!? Even after I explained to her that the one phone is my personal phone and the second is for business use she still couldn't grasp the matter. Now my claim is being declined?!?!? The phone was last used on 10/05/2013 and placed in the centre console of my vehicle. As I clearly stated the phone placed in there and it was not used again afterwards till the 28th when I noticed that the battery was depleted. Then when I wanted to take out the phone on the 29th, for charging as the battery was depleted it was missing. The only place I visited was the car wash so the phone had to be then as it was now missing. Then when your consultant enquired as to how far away I was from the vehicle I told her about 10 to 15 metres as that is estimated how far the waiting area is from the vehicle. Now advised that is "TOO FAR" so does she stand next hers then???
