Must say I am so disappointed to call my self a Cell C customer. I had an upgrade on the 7th at Cell C Century City Cape Town. The phone only worked for a day and it didn't want to switch on, so I took it back and they said they are sending it for repairs and they never gave a new phone its been 21 days now. I went to the store today only to find out that they received the approval on the 27th to give me a new phone but they never told me because they don't have my other number even thou I gave them. I'm not satisfied and the attitude they gave me was not right they can't even take the blame that they didn't do their job properly. Surely I should have got a new phone immediately. I am ready to involve my lawyer on this matter this is just unacceptable
