New Contract rejected due to statement blackening

After the fifth attempt to get a new contract at Cell C I give finally up. As I am an European Expat I also get paid in Euros in Europe and it seems that Cell C doesn? t like this at all. After I finally made it to hand the application forms in (after they send me home four times to bring more documents as indicated before at the first visit) they rejected my application because I was blackening my European and South African bank account spendings in the bank statement. I am not sure what they are doing with the information as the bank statements are still showing the earnings and the transfer from the European bank account into the South African bank account. The blackening of this kind of information is essential to protect my privacy. I am travelling since 25 years but in NO country in the world so far I have seen such a affront against data privacy laws.
