Cell C my money, but Ntombifuthi found it

After cancelling my contract and doing everything that was asked of me, Cell C still thought it was a good idea to keep debiting my account.

The first person I called was clearly not competent. He did not understand my query, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt when he said he will escalate the matter. No one contacted me back (ref: 3111100310). I was later informed an sms was sent. To what number? Definitely not the one I gave. I never received anything.

I phoned again today with the intention of shouting at someone to get a response. Unfortunately for me, the phone was answered by a professional and courteous young lady, Ntombifuthi. After looking at my account she immediately figured out what went wrong and informed me of this. She then arranged for the refund to occur. I have not yet gotten the refund, but with service like hers I am sure I will get it any day now.

Thank you for your excellent service Ntombifuthi (ref: 3111802098). Now I am less inclined on cancelling my other Cell C contract (regardless of the terrible signal in Parow, Cape Town).
