Utterly disgusted with MTN

Its a pity I just upgrade my cother number, otherwise I would be out the door.

On the 17th of April this year, I made a call to cancel a contract I had. I paid the cancellation costs including the month of Aprils subscription fees. An email was sent from the customer service centre in Morningside on the same day with request and proof of payment. Come 1 May, I see my account debited with the subsciption fees for the cancelled number. It was not until the 8th of May that the number was finally closed. After I called several times. Ref 99132829

Fast forward to my billing this month, I've been billed for the cancellation costs that I have already paid, all R1961 of it??? What kind of messed up operation is this.

I WANT MY MONEY BANK... THE 1961, THE 429 AS WELL.

I'm with MTN. I have a mind of paying the handset costs and saying my goodbye to them for good... Cell C prepaid is calling my name.
