I was in Malawi for 2 days, I arrived at 12:35 on the 14th May and left at 13:35 on the 16th May, my bill says that during roaming my call time was 06 minutes to approximately 7 minutes and my bill is for R2417.14, on calling no one is able to show me the exact charges I am expected to pay for. R2417.14 is an unreasonable amount for 2 days of roaming and 06 minutes and yet the MTN process and its consultants are unable to justify such costs. This service is pathetic and atrocious. Can Someone investigate and advise. Very unhappy
