Debiting my accout for 2nd month after cancellatio

What a pathetic game the guys at Altech auto Page are playing. early last month I had requested that all value added services on my mtn cell contract be cancelled and for the 2nd month in a row they continue to debit my account after I have called and pleaded with the a couple of occassions for the service to be closed. Whats worse as I called in again today a consultant named Ayanda Shoro advised me that I was not allowed to speak to any supervisor and they can only listen to the previous call and they will then decide to refund me or not... Jeannie Reddy the supervisor who only gives advice to consultants blatantly refused to take my call. AND I WANT MY REFUND AND THAT IS THE MONEY WHICH WAS DEBITED WITHOUT MY AUTHORISATION .

You and MTN, Velociti Call Centre are defrauding me daylight!

I regret taking ot the cellphone contract.
