We have sent a second request to [Email Removed] and Nigel Karra - MWEB with the completed form on the 07/05/2013 and still no reply, we currently have 5 uncapped accounts with Mweb all of which I've applied for ADSL line transfers and I'm strongly considering taking my business elsewhere.
The fact that the 5 lines have yet to be moved is costing us personally and has left a bad taste for all the staff as they continue to pay for a line that should be covered by the company.
