8ta / Telkom Mobile
Number porting was not done

I went to the 8ta store in alberton city to apply for a new contract and to keep my old number with the new contract. I filled in all the necessary documentation and they assured me the number would be ported the following day. Its 3 weeks later and this is still not done.

They never answer their phones, I complained on hello peter a while ago and I got an email from 8ta asking for my details and that was about it.. no feedback after that.
