8ta / Telkom Mobile
Internet is down

Internet has now been down for 5 days. After calling to find out the problem, they tell me the internet has been down but cannot give me ANY indication as to when the problem will be rectified. Internet is expensive, so us as the consumers are loosing out big time when we have to go to internet cafe's and so forth when we actually have already paid for the service, but companies are not providing any service. I understand that faults occur, but 5 days without any word on what is happening - it's a bit unacceptable. And when the end of the month comes and we have all this extra internet that will go to waste because it doesn't get carried over.
