ILLEGAL DEBITS AND NO SERVICE

After illegally debiting my account 5 times, costing me plus minus R240 in failed debit charges and hundreds of rands in airtime to a useless and unco-opperative call centre I was promised a refund for the amounts debited last week Friday within 3 working days. It has been a week now and no re-fund. Phoned on Monday to find out what the status was and a note was send to billing yet no one has contacted me.

I HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE CELLC. You really have given service far worse than my worst night mare. YOU ARE MAKING MY LIFE MISERABLE. I am at the point of just writing the R1000 and something off cause nothing is happening, I am just wasting more money on this. THANKS FOR MAKING MY LIFE FOR THE PAST 2 MONTHS.

I will continue to post complaints everywhere possible until this is resolved. Although I have no hope that it will. CELLC is just unable to rectify its own system glitches. And I am sure CELLC has no intention of refunding me for the losses I have suffered due to this incompetence. I will be going to the press with this since my frustration is worthless to the company.
