MTN Tollerance & unwillingness to assist

I have 2 saparate bank accounts, of which 1 is a savings account which I never use or monitor, I just make deposists to it on a monthly basis, about year ago, I realisesd i had about 7 contracts openned with MTN,

I have never in my life ever had a cellphone contract as I always used prepaid services as I preffer buying using cash. I spoke to MTN regarding this matter, they tell me those contracts were open in Britz (North West - South Africa), I have never even been to britz, I requested a copy of the contract and the copy of my ID and Payslip that MTN has on hand, they failed to provide this, They told me they will investigate, and havent heard anything to date, I have even reported this to the police and nothing has been done, R24, 000.00 later and I'm still not getting any joy, this started in May of 2012, and R2000.00 for the 7 contracts is still being debited of my account each month.please help.
