Mtn

I'm disgusted by the treatment I have received from Mtn! They have allowed someone else to open an account in my name and as I tried to resolve this matter been given the run around. I have been trying for two months to resolve this issue and spoken to a lot of different people only to get told they are looking into the matter but nothing has been done. I was in the process of purchasing something but now my life has come to a halt as this matter has still not been dealt with. I have had to phone them to find out how far this investigation is, they said they would phone me I've asked them if they had my number they then said yes I asked them to read it to me and they gave me two incorrect numbers. I find it hard to believe that nothing has been done, they quick to phone/SMS to pay the bill but they not quick to fix there mistakes, I have NEVER had an Mtn account. This is and Mtn has allowed this!
