Threat of black-listing with NO JUSTIFICATION!

I have recently received numerous correspondence from Mr Price indicating I have an outstanding account of about R8000 with them.
I have never opened any account with Mr Price!
I am currently overseas and such can't be reached telephonically.
I was then threatened with black-listing and legal action if I didn't pay the amount immediately!
I requested the 'so-called' application form opening the account in 'my name'!
There are SO MANY obviously incorrect items on the application it's RIDICULOUS how an accounts department could open the account!
On the application the RACE, ADRESS, FAMILY, WORK, PHONE NUMBER as well as SIGNATURE are all incorrect and as such the account was obviously opened!
However Mr Price has now indicated it is MY responsibility to prove the when THEY allowed the to take place and THEY allowed the account to be opened!
It is DISGUSTING that they are now making it my problem to resolve this issue when it is clearly a problem with their controls!
I am overseas and can't attend to this matter very easily!
