I would like to lodge a complaint against MTN. I am going to migrate to prepaid (MTN). My contract expiry date is 23.03.2013 (confirmed with Prudence, Petunia, Eunice at MTN Call Centre). I have to advise MTN of the migration on 22.03.2013. The problem is that I will be recharged on 21.03.2013 on my current contract with R200 airtime, 25 sms's & my BIS will be paid for the month. Upon migration, I will loose all the airtime, sms's & the BIS. I spoke to Adderley at MTN Call Centre (808) & he advised that this is the case - because I am cancelling the contract, I am going to loose all the above. I requested them not to reload on 21.03.2013, but they refused. I am cancelling the contract due to high call fees. I had 3 contracts with MTN for many years (husband, myself & my daughter). Mine is the last one to be cancelled.
