Unexceptable Service

Good day,

We went to Vodacom Sunday 26 May 2013, to get goodies extremely excited.
Ruan assisted us through the whole procedure; according to Ruan the transaction was approved. Happy shoppers we signed the contract and went home with our goodies in hand, only to be informed telephonically the next day that the system declined the transaction and the result was missed by Ruan. To worsen matters we were then informed that we have not a sufficient credit name which is absolute BOLOKS (cause we are already clients of yours with an existing contract), we phone the necessary numbers to confirm our credit sanding and all was cleared. When then had to return the opened products not knowing whether or not they will be return as our position. This is unacceptable for a company of this structure these kind of mistakes should not be happening, from a very a unsatisfied consumer.
