I signed up for the Get It Rewards and was actually quite excited about it but its a week later and I have not received any info on this, no email or sms. How am I expected to now make use of this service if I have no idea where to go or what to do? And I am going to be billed for what exactly, I don't know! The agent promised the info would be in my inbox, I am still waiting... this is not acceptable! If I don't receive comms on hows this promotion works, what to do to take up an offer etc by the end of this week, I will cancel it! I am in marketing and trust me this is against the CPA, you cannot promise me info, bill me and not provide what you promised.
Poor business ethics!
