I have been a Web Africa client for over 2 years. While i was living in Garden route their service was tops and never had any problems. Now i live in Cape town and the troubles never stop. Web Africa never keep me up to date nor phone me even after i phone after them. My line was faulty twice in less then one month, they say its Telkom but they don't even know what Telkom is doing to fix it. While my line is broken i get throttled by some way and when i ask how they say it is some problem with their rating system. I then say to fix it but no the Web Africa person says they can't but admits that their system is wrong. Then another one tells me that i will fix it or best one they don't even know what i mean. It is simple, i just want to use my internet and not be throttled all the time or be offline. I also had many billing problems but listing them would just be to long. Also i have been living in Cape town for over a year but they still use my old Garden route details, wake up i have given all the info already.
