I just spoke to your call centre about 20min ago and I just want the supervisor to listen the the conversation and tell me if thats they way you tought your agents how to talk to the customers. I called ealier to update my postal address and the agent was struggling to hear me, so we agreed that she should call me back. Am not sure if its the same person I spoke to earier but the agent I have a problem with is the one that called me back - Lwandi Mtshewula.
Just listen to the recorded conversation, she doesnt know how to talk to people i wonder how she got a job there and very cheeky.
