Vodacom pathetic with response to Feedback

Vodacom is one of the most unresponsive companies when it comes to a query on you account. I sent an e-mail with all supporting documents on 2 May 2013. It is today 27 May 2013 and I am still waiting for the itemised billing. And this is not the first time. Last month I waited 3 weeks for the same thing. I think it is rediculous, but they sure are quick to query an account when not paid or add charges. The service is pathetic.
