My husband wanted to swap his nano sim to a micro sim and we stood there for 15 minutes, watching 4 staff members sitting there staring out in front of them. Eventually when I walked up to one of them and asked for assistance the lady started talking to one of the other staff members while I was still explaining what I needed. When she slaped him his new sim on the counter she did not even ask if there was something else, just assumed we're finished and turned her back on us without saying a word.
I will never ever renew any contract with cell c. I'd rather pay R100 extra @ vodacom for a contract and know I get assistance when I need it and not be treated like dirt!
Cell C need to wake up and smell the roses! Your staff are rubbish!
