I have just been to outdoor warehouse. When we got to the till to pay, we stood for close to 5 minutes with staff walking passed us but no one stopped to help us at the till. After some time, Joyce walked up to the till, and turned her back to us and leaned against the till counter directly in front of us. Eventually my husband walked over to her to ask if he could pay for the goods in our hands. She said yes... I was horrified...
