No 3G coverage in Cape Town

I have a smart phone and I live in Cape but I can't get a 3G signal where I live. I logged a fault on 14 May ref 0053901. The call centre told me it would take 96 hours which is 4 working days. On the 27 May I contacted the coverage support because I had not heard anything from them. The least one would expect would be a phone call. I was given another reference number 0031214 and told my request would be escalated to Andre Ellman and that he would phone me sometime. They couldn't tell me when he would be likely to phone. I am not prepared to wait another week or more I would like some action to be taken please. Please get the CEOs office to phone me. MTN claims they have everyone in large urban areas covered, well clearly not. Mtn slogan is MTN everywhere you go. They are clearly not living up to their slogan. It is pointless me spending money on data because I can't use it on Edge.
