DSTV Wallka Coverage a lie!

So, I live in Burgundy Estate and I've got the iDrifta, but I can't get any signal!!!
According to the Dstv website, the whole Burgundy / Bothasig area is covered. But I can't seem to get signal.

I spoke to guys in Bothasig and they also said that there is no coverage for this.

I want to now buy the new Walka 7", but how do I know that it will work/pickup?

This is false advertising, as DSTV say on their website that these areas are covered in full.

Please assist.
