I went to Vodacom Greensone yesterday and spoke with a young lady (short, blonde, about 19) about a problem I have with 3G. She a) didn't try to understand my problem at all, b) didn't understand your products, and c) treated me like an irritating old fool. I am in the communications industry and I understand IP, broadband, and WiFi very well, but this presumptuous whipper-snapper treated me like a. It was clear that she really wanted to be anywhere else but at work on a Sunday.
Eventually I lost my patience and asked her if I could speak with someone who actually knew what they were speaking about. She rolled her eyes like a petulant teenager to her parents, and simply walked away from me and ignored me.
After a while a young guy walked past and I asked him if he could assist. The young lady shouted that he was not a consultant and he couldn't help me... he did, and he was actually quite knowledgeable.
This is NOT the type of person you need representing your company. She is impertinent, rude, and juvenile and needs a lesson in how to treat customers. If she worked for me, she would be getting a disciplinary hearing and a stern written warning for her behaviour.
