It's been almost two months since I've had my (new) phone.
Your email was generic.
Would someone from management please call me or please just give me your regional manager's number in the Western Cape. I'll do the calling myself.
I see no effort being made in pleasing your customers at all it seems.
The phone was handed in on 8th December 2012.
Today is 18th January 2013.
I am having to borrow phones.
I am at the point where I want this contract cancelled as I do not not foresee a great future with MTN.
You really should work on your customer service in your stores and call centre.
I doubt a manager has even seen any of my complaints.
I will be forwarding my complaint to ICASA seiing as I am not getting any joy from MTN.
